What are you doing writing?

No one wants to read it.

No one will buy it.

All you will do is make a fool of yourself.

So what do you do when those and other questions start like a menacing whisper in your ear?

Do what I do, ignore them and keep writing!

Now, I haven’t always followed that advice, I must admit. But I am finding that if I write, those voices tend to get quieter and quieter until they slowly fade away…
